If you have folders you find yourself going to over and over from within Elements or Photoshop, you can mark those folders as "favorites" and get to them quickly. Here's how:
Select File, Open from the Menu Bar to get to the Open dialog box and navigate to, then double click on, a folder you want to save as a favorite. The folder will be open.
Click the Favorites icon - the small folder with a star in it, located in the row of icons across the top of the dialog box; it's the last icon in the row.
Select Add Favorite to bookmark the current folder.
The next time you go to File, Open, click the Favorites icon and the folder will be listed, along with any other folders you have marked.
To remove a folder from your favorites, select File, Open, then navigate to and open the folder you want to remove. Click the Favorites icon and select Favorites, Remove Favorite.
Cool, huh?
