I downloaded one of the textures - it comes open as a bmp and you have to save that open window onto your computer. (at least that's the only way I found to acquire it) It's good quality and can be used to fill half your 300 res scrapbook page. It's not a texture per se - as Photoshop thinks of textures - it's a bmp which can be used as a jpg to created textures by blending with layers.
