Do you pose for your pictures for your layouts? My sister sent me this blog of a woman who makes hers layouts out of fabric! I thought you might enjoy this if you haven't seen it yet. It's just for fun. Hmmm... my daughter has a baby coming and lots of fabric! lol

It is a very unusual concept Sandy. I would hate to see a of pages together in an album but one or two would be great.

Seems like a lot of work. I'm with Karen---a couple maybe---

They are darling pages. I could maybe create a scene for a couple.
I think it would make a darling baby gift, framed....but not a book.
But...I've now given away most of my fabric.

They are so cool! Maybe it's something a grandparent could do, but I seem to recall that whenever mine were asleep at that age, I was either trying to get on with housework or fast asleep beside them :rofl2:

I can relate too! I just thought it was quite imaginative. How do some people think up these things! lol

That is so cute! I sent it to a friend who is a grandma who sews for her grands. We'll see if she tries this! LOL

They are all so adorable! Don't know that I could be that creative...especially since I can't sew. :D

lol wow she has time and an amazing imagination.. Reminds me very much of that other photographer that uses way better props to snap shots of the babies..
I think had I ever thought of it when mine were that little I might have tried one..
But I really think they are awesome...

I think from an artistic point of view they are brilliant!
But from a scrapbooking view point I think they are unnatural. But then I think this goes a long way to demonstrate the current trend of scrapbooking, which isn't to record the events of our lives but to create a 'work of art'!
I don't actually see anything wrong with this because I personally ooh and ahh at these artistic creations and really enjoy them. I am just making the point of how the whole aim/idea of scrapbooking has shifted over recent times.

I enjoyed looking at the adorable photos of the baby taking her nap. The mother is very creative and imaginative in planning the naps and poses so that she could take the photos.

I agree Grace but it is not my style. If we all had the same tastes it would be a terribly dull old world, wouldn't it? Having said that, I can admire what is not my taste.
