I just tried to hoover in Firefox but it's not hoovering. I did right click and do a copy, put the image didn't paste. Must have done something wrong I'm thinkin.

Julie.........you only HOVER over the THUMBNAIL in Internet Explorer. In Firefox you need to SELECT the THUMBNAIL and then copy it. Read here in this thread (http://digitaldesignden.com/forum/showthread.php?t=991). It does seem to work for most people, but it won't for Vicki (see post #11 in that other thread), so it MAY depend on what version browser and operating system you are using.
